Almond Butter Delight

  • 1 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Tbsps. honey
  • ¼ cup almond butter (without added salt)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container and puree until smooth.  Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.  Spread atop whole wheat crackers like Ak-Mak, brown rice thins or celery.
