Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and form into 4 patties.
Coat a cookie sheet with a little olive oil or cooking spray and place turkey burgers on the sheet.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping once half way through.
Serve on ½ whole-wheat or spouted grain bun with tomato and lettuce and a side salad.
Note: You can grill the burgers if you prefer and/or try your own veggie and/or cheese combinations.
Note: This is a great leftover to take to work cold with a large vegetable and mixed green salad.
