Personalized Individual 6-month Wellness Program

Erin Clifford Wellness personalizes holistic lifestyle plans based on each individual’s unique dietary and lifestyle needs focusing on our 12 Principles of Wellness.  It’s not just the foods we take in, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives, such as healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, sleep and stress management and a spiritual awareness.  When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.  I will support you in achieving all of your wellness goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life. 

During your 6-month program you will be inspired to:

Your program includes…

  • two 60-minute sessions per month by phone, Skype or in-person for Chicago area residents
  • a scheduled weekly check-in
