If I asked 100 people if meditation is beneficial for the mind, body, and soul, don’t you think 100% would agree? If I asked the same 100 people if they practice meditation on a regular basis (or at all), I bet the number would be way less than half. SLEEP. For many, sleep is something we only dream of (no pun intended). When did this happen? We used to know for a fact that it was important to get 8 full hours of sleep in order to be healthy. Now, we treat the activity of sleep as an option. A luxury that we are not always worthy of.
Each week I’m going to be featuring a special, inspiring story about a fabulous, fearless woman and her best buddy.
