Practicing mindful meditation has multiple benefits, including:

Many individuals shy away from meditation because they feel intimated by it. Trust me, I used to be one of those people, but once I dipped my toes in, I realized that meditation is a non-judgmental and seamless practice. As a long-time practitioner, it has not only helped me manage my stress and emotions but brought a sense of calm and awareness to my everyday life. I believe so much in developing a meditation practice that I became a Certified Meditation Instructor through Chill Chicago’s intensive and immersive meditation training program.

A simple way to begin leaning into your own practice is by experimenting with meditation apps. Many now have free trial periods. My clients have seen amazing results with Calm, Headspace and Chill Anywhere (which has both recorded and live sessions).
