- 1 cup coconut milk (or an unsweetened nut milk)
- ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup apple sauce, unsweetened
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (preferably vegan like Garden of Life)
- 1 pinch cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg, ground
- 1 cup ice cubes
