• 1 cup coconut milk (or an unsweetened nut milk)
  • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (preferably vegan like Garden of Life)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, ground
  • 1 cup ice cubes
