• 1 1/2 pounds beef brisket (or other lean cut) boneless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on Low for 7-8 hours.
  2. Before serving shred the meat by using two folks in opposing fashion across the grain of meat.
  3. Serve on whole-grain buns, bread or tortillas with a side salad or raw veggies.
