Makes 1 Serving

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 handfuls spinach, arugula and/or kale
  • 1 serving vegan, bone broth or grass-fed collagen protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, MCT oil, or 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Combine, blend and enjoy!
