I love protein bites for a quick snack on the go. This Peanut Butter Balls snack recipe is a very basic recipe with lots of room for variation. You can make it with an alternative nut butter, like almond or cashew, but you may need to add in a little water and olive oil to combine. You could also substitute the milk powder for protein powder, add in your favorite seasonings like cinnamon, pumpkin spice, or apple spice, as well as add in shredded coconut or cacao nibs. The possibilities are seasonal and endless.
