• 6 ounces yogurt, fat-free plain (preferably Greek)
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 4 graham crackers, 2 1/2 inch squares
  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries.  Break graham crackers into pieces and place on top of yogurt.
