- 1/2 cup steel cut oats (or non-instant oatmeal)
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Cook oats according to package directions.
- Stir in protein powder, almond butter, and non-dairy milk.
- Top with cinnamon.
