Makes 1 Serving 


  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (i.e., almond, coconut, oat, hempseed)
  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Combine, blend, and enjoy!
